Auto measurement

A single USB cable connects the device to a computer, tablet or smartphone and provides access to the Absorbance One App, where a clean and user-friendly interface allows measurement results to be easily recorded and exported in the desired digital format.

FAQ'S

The Absorbance One is a handheld single-wavelength photometer for enzymatic wine analysis. It requires no warm-up time and auto-calculates results, unlike standard spectrophotometers.
Common tests include Free and Total SO2, Glucose/Fructose, Malic Acid, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, Acetic Acid, Sucrose, and Gluconic Acid.
Validation shows results within ±3 ppm of NATA-accredited aspiration methods for SO2, delivering commercial-laboratory accuracy in a handheld device.
Vintessential kits use blanks, standards and baseline corrections to eliminate drift and cuvette-variation errors.
Onsite results take about 30 minutes, compared with several days when using remote laboratories.
